Can't upgrade to WHMCS 7

Trying to upgrade to WHMCS 7, but I'm getting the error "Unable to complete incremental updates: Email template not unique".

I don't see what the problem could be and how to fix it because it's so vague. I'm not posting domain because install directory still exists because I'm having problems upgrading.

Open up a ticket with support. They'll be able to get this sorted out for you.

The error is actually pretty specific. The upgrade is trying to create a template but cannot, because it's not unique. Obviously you have either added a template that is conflicting or you're running into an upgrade from say rc/beta to live issue. Either way, if you open a ticket with support, they'll help you out.
