Phoenix2007
I am new to WHMCS. I currently have a license for the WHMCS product through my hosting company as a reseller, however it seems that I can't register on the WHMCS site for an account to get support. I am currently having an issue with my domain checker. The error is: "Domains must begin with a letter or a number." I am sure it is probably something simple, but I am new to your product. Please provide me with instructions on how to register for a customer account or some information on how to resolve my issue.
crescent
Do you have multiply currency values? I had the same problem but when I selected the default currency the error went away Edited December 29, 2016 by crescent
Phoenix2007
No, I don't have multiple currency values. I was finally able to fix it couple hours ago. Navigate to Setup > Products/Services > Domain Pricing. Delete all TLDs and Click on Save Changes. Then add TLDs and pricing again It worked but now I think I'll have to add all the TLDs which is a pain. brian!
I have this error and cannot get the domain checker working.tried all of the above but still not working anyone got any ideas what else to check i've seen that error in v7.1+ when you've selected a lookup provider that you cannot access - have you checked that you can use the lookup provider chosen in Domain Pricing (assuming it's not standard whois) ?
