Upgraded to 7.1 NOTHING is working

I am having problems with my 7.1 not sending crons report and it is not telling our staff when a new ticket is created if they use the WHMCS submit ticket area. Now if they send it to our e-mails we get it. Any reason as to why this is happening? I have two screen shots that should make it easier for people to see the warnings and errors i have, maybe someone can help me

I do not know what I am looking for it all looks the way it did when I first set it up. I have contacted support to see if they can work with me on it to see if anything pops out to them but being new to this and the fact that I do not know what I am doing I need someone to walk me through it
