Don Houston
I am having problems with my 7.1 not sending crons report and it is not telling our staff when a new ticket is created if they use the WHMCS submit ticket area. Now if they send it to our e-mails we get it. Any reason as to why this is happening? I have two screen shots that should make it easier for people to see the warnings and errors i have, maybe someone can help me
xyzulu
It doesn't seem like your cronjob is working. Can you recheck your settings from General > Automation setting
Don Houston
I do not know what I am looking for it all looks the way it did when I first set it up. I have contacted support to see if they can work with me on it to see if anything pops out to them but being new to this and the fact that I do not know what I am doing I need someone to walk me through it
xyzulu
Does that page say the cronjob is running successfully or not? If not, are you able to login to your hosting cronjob section and configure it with the values listed on that page?
Don Houston
I re installed 7.0.2 and all is working. Not sure if I want to mess with 7.1, why would I have to change the cronjobs in 7.1? They have worked till the new update
xyzulu
Good work. For me the cronjob never had to change, but it may need to be adjusted for you. What is the cronjob as shown in your hosting control panel?

mustardman
It is to late here my friend, I'll try to catch you tomorrow Are you using a custom cron folder location and if so did you update the files in that folder? check your /configuration.php for custom cron folder location.
