The cron is configured on the server as usual, but it simply does not run the process. On the other hand, the configproducts.php file does not work, which I access to modify the hosting plans. xyzulu Posted December 16, 2016 Share Posted December 16, 2016 Regarding the 500 errors.. check your server error log. Could you explain more about the cron issue? Have you tried to run the cron command on the command line to see if any errors are shown? Are you sure your php version is set correctly?
