Recurring product, some customers billed automatically, others asked to pay individual invoices?!

Ok, this is weird... but I have a recurring hosting product, obviously, set up, and allowing customers to pay via Paypal and Stripe. And for half the customers WHMCS has set up subscriptions and proper payments just fine, so they only receive an invoice and get automatically billed by the system. The other half, somehow, keeps getting individual invoices and has to pay for each one of them manually, for whatever reason... and are getting annoyed when they get the overdue emails and such, as those charges should be automatic.

What in the world...?!

How do I sort this out for those clients?

And how do I even check to see who is on recurring payment program and who isn't, so I know which clients to fix? As all of them *should* be, but they are obviously not.

Hi,

All invoices with PayPal as the payment method will have the option to pay via PayPal Subscription, provided you view the invoice on or before the due date.

The subscription option is removed once the due date has passed so as to prevent PayPal sending late payment each billing cycle.
