Email template and cart in 7.0.1

Hello,

 

i need any help to find this issue in my email templates.(why i see only this page in this mode )

 

 

and in my general > ordering in any option i try to have i can't see the sidebar.

( is enable the option: Tick to enable the display of a sidebar toggle button on Order Form Product Selection Pages )
