neaweb6
I ran a System Health Status check on my new install of WHMCS and got this warning: Insecure Permissions CheckThe following directories are owned by a different user from that which is executing WHMCS. This indicates a potentially insecure configuration: /home/neaweb6/public_html/portal/crons The only problem is my crons folder isn't located at /home/neaweb6/public_html/portal/crons it's located at /home/neaweb6/whmcsdata/crons I read on here to make sure the configuration.php file has permissions set to 400 but this didn't resolve the warning. Is there a fix to this? Thanks!
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 24, 2016 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 24, 2016 Hi, Please ensure the correct $whmcspath value is specified in the /crons/config.php file, and the correct $crons_dir path is specified in the configuration.php file in the main WHMCS directory. Relevant documentation: http://docs.whmcs.com/Custom_Crons_Directory
