"Uploaded file was too large. Please try uploading a smaller file." in submit ticket

When a client tries to open a ticket, it marks this error "Uploaded file was too large. Please try uploading a smaller file." even though no files are uploaded. It always marks the error.

 

What may be happening?

that could depend on a lot of things... e.g which version of WHMCS you are using; if you are using a custom template; if there are third-party addons or hooks... or possibly even server PHP settings.

it sounds unusual and I don't recall reading about this before... if you have a support package with WHMCS, it might be worth opening a ticket with them and getting them to investigate the cause.

sometimes they can be slow in responding.

 

i'd liked to have helped more, but there's nothing obvious I can think of that would cause this... and so, it's likely something specific to your setup - it's difficult to know what it might be without seeing your setup... and you're paying support to do that, so they're better placed than me!

I arrived six days with the ticket open and WHMCS does not respond as it should.

 

Has anyone in the community had the same problem?

The most obvious answer is going to be php settings

check upload_max_filesize and post_max_size
