ckh
I upgraded just yesterday to 3.41 from 3.40 and this morning had a manual order to put in. I go through the routine normally, create the new member, click products/services, then click on the link to place a new order which is displayed as they don't have any product services yet. Once I select the package I want to use, it either hangs up if I use the default category or if I choose a different category, everything blanks out and starts over so. So, I can't manually create any new accounts, which is what I do for a major client of mine. I tried replacing the old ordersadd.php file, which didn't help so I'm stuck here with a bunch of accounts I need to set up. HELP!!
DimaK
yes, same error after the upgrade !
bear
Same here. It appears it's sending to the page where you set the order options (don't create invoice, etc) instead of showing the correct page. Clicking the continue button returns you to the page where you select the package, starting it over again.
ckh
Any work around until a fix comes out? Like replacing some of the files from 3.4.0 that were overwritten by the upgrade?
bear
Afraid I have no idea. The source files are encoded, making it impossible to see what's changed.
webresellers
I am sure Matt will address this pretty quick, but you might want to open a support ticket just to make sure he or someone else in development is made aware of this issue.... bear
I just did so. For the record, normal ordering through the front end works fine, it's just the admin having a problem.
ckh
Unfortunately, I do quite a few of these every day so now I'm having to set them up via whm. I got a ticket in too, hopefully he will be able to get to it first thing after the weekend.
Dominic
I do these things through phpmyadmin...so much easier to do in bulk
bear
This issue has been fixed in the latest download. The only changed file is "/admin/ordersadd.php". Unpack the new download, and replace the one on the server with this. All is well again. Thanks Matt!
ckh
I must say that I didn't expect a fix this weekend, maybe Monday or Tuesday. Installed the changed files and presto! It works again! THANKS MATT
