registration domain problem

Hello,

i have a strange problem.

When i send an order (hosting + registring domain) WHMCS complete correctly the operation (no error comes out), the account is created in WHM but the domain is not registred. My registrar is internetbs. The module of internetbs is connected with WHMCS through the api key. I have already registred other domains without any problem and with those settings.

I'm trying to register a .it domain.

What could be the problem?

I know with .it domains, there are a few registration requirements - e.g, the registrant has to be resident/citizen of the EU (+ a few other countries)... perhaps the registration is pending with internetbs waiting for some registrant information?

 

I don't use internetbs, so i'm not familiar with their specific procedures, but it might be worth contacting their support to check if the registration is pending at their end.
