brian!
it's not really a duplicate - it's two different product functions... the first, "Upgrade/Downgrade", allows the client to change their current product to a different product. the second, "Upgrade/Downgrade Options", allows them to alter the configurable options values that the product must be using... e.g., to alter a the quantity, selection etc. http://docs.whmcs.com/Automated_Upgrades_and_Downgrades#Clients_Self_Service if you *really* do want to remove the second option, then you could so using a hook... <?php use WHMCS\View\Menu\Item as MenuItem; add_hook('ClientAreaPrimarySidebar', 1, function(MenuItem $primarySidebar) { if (!is_null($primarySidebar->getChild('Service Details Actions'))) { $primarySidebar->getChild('Service Details Actions') ->removeChild('Upgrade/Downgrade Options'); } });
