My developer wants full e-mail and password in which our company will not hand it over. However, the developer requires it to access WHMCS and edit package/products/services. Our company create a separate administrative role meant for him to work on it. But we do not know what "permission" is needed. Basically he is setting up a fully functional web hosting backend system and we giving him a separate ID.
