Hi,

Actually we want the 'ID Protection' as auto selected by default when we reach the cart/checkout page even the user is not edit the domain configuration. So please let us know is there any option available in the admin side to work it out?. I have done it by modified the configuration template, but it will work only if he entered to the edit configuration page then go to the check out page.

there won't be an option on the admin side - only two solutions would be template edits and/or hooks.

if they were ordering through the cart, and IDP is enabled for the TLD being ordered, then they should automatically go to the domain config page... if they're going via domainchecker, then they don't by default, but you could make a minor tweak to domainchecker-results.tpl to make them... that would then add IDP to the order... and give them the option of selecting other addons too.

I assume you've modified the ID Protection box to be ticked by default?

there would be alternatives, but the above is probably the simplest way - and always remember that not all TLDs can use ID Protection, so you'll need to check that with your registrar(s).
