Use credit balance is not shown at order page.

Is it normal that user can not use / see his credit balance at checkout page? But later if he choose to pay with wire transfer, he can use his credit balance.

it's normal that they cannot see it - though you could tweak sentq's Credit Balance action hook to display the balance during the ordering process - it would just need a couple of changes to make it work in the cart.

Credit is always automatically used first. If there's a remaining balance, then the client will need to pay with their chosen payment gateway.

Disable Auto Credit Applying

With this option unticked any credit on a client's account is automatically applied to the invoice as soon as it is generated. Ticking this option means no credit will be applied automatically, and needs to be manually added by staff/the client.
