How to get cart array or order details in the complete.tpl page

Hi,

 

I need the cart array or the order details in the complete page for some tracking. I have to pass the product details like id/name, price, quantity, discounts etc with a url. So please let me know how can I do it?

if you need to run this tracking code from PHP/Server side then this ActionHook point is what you look for,

both methods does not require template modification
