irshadna Posted September 8, 2016 Share Posted September 8, 2016 Hi Guys, I have an issue with support ticket, When my clients reply to there ticket it does not popping to ticket list. But when they open a ticket at support@domain.com it works. Seems subjects with 'Re or RE' not popped into ticket listing from my support@domain.com mailbox.
