The Network Status page shows This page is restricted, login form. I'm logged into the backend as admin and then go to the front end to see the network status page and it shows login form. I've entered the correct URL in server settings and confirmed that the url is working.

Never mind, must be logged in as a client to see it. It works fine

it's also possible to enable in the settings to make it available to clients only...

 

setup -> general settings -> support -> Service Status Require Login

 

it ticked, clients need to login; if unticked, anyone can view the page.
