invoices through 'no-reply@domain.com'

Hi,

I have noticed that clients reply to the emails having invoices directly when they want to make some response. The email that I use is somename@mydomain.com which is a real address.

Need help to understand and setup how to send invoices from 'no-reply@mydomain.com' which should also be non-repliable. I mean clients should open a support/sales ticket to convey their comments on the invoice instead of directly replying invoice mail.

Thanks in advance

you could edit the email templates for invoicing (e.g invoice created, invoice paid confirmation etc) and simply change the From address...

and then in your hosting panel, cPanel etc, setup an email forwarder or filter to either bounce emails sent to that address back to the sender (perhaps with a message telling them to open a ticket) or simply delete them.

This seems most suitable arrangement. Thanks to both responses. Really appreciate your support.

Can you please elaborate on creating forwarder / filter to bounce emails? I have edited the template as guided to no-reply....
