Add Ons not displayed

Hello everybody,

 

I have a question about the add-ons. I have a AddOn uploaded on my Server into the WHMCS structure, I proofed them they are in the right directories.

Now I can not find the plugin in the Add-on view.

 

Do the files need special permission?

What can I do?

 

I also noticed that every plugin in the section "Your Addons" shows the same message "Unable to Determine Status"

 

Is this normal?

Hello Suprime,

 

Thank you for your post on the WHMCS Support.

 

Once you've uploaded your addon into the Modules Directory head to Setup -> Addon Modules locate the module and click Activate. After this is completed you'll be able to see it in the Addons drop down.
