xtmhost
Hi, Just a quick question regarding support emails and piping. I have all sales enquiries sent to sales@mydomain.com - This is also the PayPal address (plus various other things like stripe) the problem I have is WHMCS automatically imports these emails as tickets and then emails customers with the ticket info. Does this mean a support department email address can only be used exclusively for WHMCS ticket system and shouldn't be used for anything else? like PayPal address, or is there a way around this?
zomex
Hello, You could still use an email for a WHMCS department but depending on the volume of tickets you get it could be very messy. You could use a directory setup to store the WHMCS piping emails in a directory so you can easily see the non-WHMCS emails. Personally I don't use the piping feature but this does come with its own drawbacks.
