Posted August 24, 2016 Share Posted August 24, 2016 it sounds as though it's working correctly to me - there is no mail template for the contact form, it's hard-coded within WHMCS. as you have found, the body of the email only contains the content information from the form; the subject entered is added to the subject you receive; the name and email are used in the reply-to field - so if you reply to the email, you'll be replying to the person who sent the enquiry. if your email program/website doesn't show these details by default, you can view them in the headers...
