Is there a simple way to charge clients for "small web tasks or upgrades" instead of invoicing?

Im thinking of creating a way to charge clients for website updates,

and im not sure if I should just create a monthly addon product for "VIP Support",

or try to make a "support" token with a quantity selection, (like 1.99 for a single update, so you could choose a quantity of 1.99 items based on how many updates you want)

 

Im not sure what the best method is to make this product service, and if It can be added to the "support/ticket" department page.

 

Otherwise, Im just custom invoicing clients.

If you are looking to invoice clients regularly on a custom basis, consider the Billable Items feature: http://docs.whmcs.com/Billable_Items

 

This will allow you to invoice each client on a regular basis for a different amount, so you won't need to create a separate product or addon for each client.
