Which status of the product does not create reccuring invoice anymore (without terminated)

Hi,

 

Where can I find in documentation which status of the service/product does not generates recurring invoices anymore (I know that termination of the product does not generates anymore, but Suspended does). I dind't found in documentation this explained, I'm sure is my bad search skills ...

 

Let me explain my scenario. I have a customer which said he wants to Cancel the service for a period and reactivate sometime in future. In this time I don't want that the system to generate invoices for that service and still don't want to delete the service.

In order for a service to generate a renewal invoice the status must be Pending, Active or Suspended.

Terminated and Cancelled will not generate invoices.

Alternatively, you can update 'next due date' to a point in the future and avoid cancelling the product altogether
