Claudine Posted July 8, 2016 Share Posted July 8, 2016 Hello. When we do an order upgrade for a customer, it remains "incomplete" until the customer makes a payment or a credit is applied. How may we make the order "completed" before the customer pays? Of note: the product is to bill internet access subscription. No server; no Module commands option.
