Si Posted November 2, 2007 Share Posted November 2, 2007 Hi all, We don't have a logo used in our outgoing emails and in the config area it is left blank. However, can anyone tell me how I can remove the logo (which is a red 'X' 'cannot be found picture') from the email we receive when people contact us via the sales contact form. The reason I ask is not just for cosmetic reasons, but 1) I think this is the cause of our own contact form emails being flagged as spam 2) We have to manually remove the image when replying to customers. I don't think uploading an image ist going to solve the problem as its not the lack of an image that creates a problem for spam filters, but the fact that one is being called at all.
