Incorrect syntax to remove pageheader.tpl from clientareahome.tpl?

Recommended Posts

I want to remove the pageheader.tpl from only the clientareahome.tpl. I'm trying this smarty syntax but it is instead removing pageheader from **everything**. Here is what I'm adding to pageheader.tpl:

{if strpos($smarty.get.page, "clientarea.php") !== false}
... here is the pageheader text ...
{/if}

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

if it were me, i'd leave pageheader.tpl alone and modify header.tpl - specifically wrapping the includes to pageheader.tpl in an {if} statement and change...

{include file="$template/includes/pageheader.tpl" title=$displayTitle desc=$tagline showbreadcrumb=true}

to..

                {if $templatefile neq 'clientareahome'}
                   {include file="$template/includes/pageheader.tpl" title=$displayTitle desc=$tagline showbreadcrumb=true}
               {/if}

that will hide pageheader from clientareahome, but should show it on all other pages. :idea:
