Search into ticket custom field

Hi, I made some custom field into a ticket but I dont find where I can search.

I don't think that you can search for them via the Admin Area.

 

If you were familiar using SQL queries, you should be able to search by querying the database - though you'd probably have to cross-reference multiple tables to do it.

unfortunately it won't, unless you can wait for 1-3 years to see this feature officially added, or maybe very soon if many people vote for it.

 

I think you can write SQL queries, custom reports or ActionHooks and maybe small editing in your template to get the desired result
