Default package language for orders ?

Hello,

I'm discovering WHMCS (licence provided by my hoster planethoster.net).

I'm going to provide an only french hosting service, so my commercial website, manager account and everything are in french, even my WHM/CPanel root accounts.

I set up my packages. Everything works fine but when I valid an order, the CPanel account of the customer is set in English... However I set french as default language for the concerned package !

How to select the "default language" of the cpanel accounts for new validated orders ?

Thanks in advance ! (files attached)

Hi,

By default WHMCS does not specify a language in the cPanel module createacct command (you can confirm this by enabling the Module Debug Log when creating an account).

username=example1&password=gfregrth&domain=example1.com&plan=Bronze&savepkg=0&quota=&bwlimit=&ip=n&cgi=n&frontpage=n&hasshell=n&contactemail=test%40whmcs.com&cpmod=&maxftp=&maxsql=&maxpop=&maxsub=&maxpark=&maxaddon=&reseller=0&

So it would be worth checking with cPanel support how to change the default they use.

However if you have purchased the Configurable Package Addon for WHMCS, clients can specify the language by creating a configurable option called "Language".
