TerrorJunk
A new client just registered a new domain, when I want to accept the domain and send it to enom i get this message. Invalid Registrant information. How can I fix this? Also, why do new domain registrations always go to pending instead of sending it to enom immediatly?
Administrators WHMCS John Posted April 26, 2016 Administrators Share Posted April 26, 2016 Hi, WHMCS can indeed automatically register domain names, it will go to pending due to the error that you are seeking support for here. This error is caused by your domain registrar rejecting the client's information being sent with the domain registration command. Please make sure the client's name, email, address, state, country, postal code and phone number are all correctly specified under their Profile tab (and also check the Contacts tab if applicable). Furthermore, if you have the Setup > General Settings > Domains tab > Use Clients Details option UNticked, ensure that your details entered in the fields beneath are all valid. Once the client details have been updated, you can try the registration again: http://docs.whmcs.com/Domains_Management#Handling_a_Failed_Domain_Registration
