hi,

I followed this instruction:

http://docs.whmcs.com/ResellerClub#Configuration

But when I want to test a domain research, i have this error message:

Unfortunately we are unable to register this TLD at this time

I updated the list of price for .com in WHMCS admin page:

http://docs.whmcs.com/Domain_Pricing

Do you know what to do in this situation?

Hi,

Please review Utilities > Logs > Activity Log at the time of performing a domain check.

Connection errors are typically caused by a firewall blocking port 43. Please work with your server admin/hosting provider to ensure it's opened.

There is nothing in the activity log.

Currently i m doing some test with whcms, I created the demo account on reseller club following the documentation http://docs.whmcs.com/ResellerClub.

There is something about i m not sure about what the documenation is saying:

"Note:

Live nameservers created at the Registry will return a Nameserver is not a valid Nameserver error unless they are created/registered in the demo environment.

The demo control panel will try to check the validity of the nameservers in the demo platform and not on the Registry, so you must register the nameservers first before attempting any domain registrations on the demo platform."

I cant change my current nameservers, do you think that the problem could come from this point? In the case which news DNS entry i have to add?

Do you have other idea to fix this issue?
