WHMCS + WHMSonic

In clicking the "create" button for WHMSonic clients, instead of it keeping the username as it is, it changes it when you click the "create" button. Is there a way to stop it from creating a new username/account and keep the same one?

 

 

Example: Lets say client has current username: sc_user1

 

Now when you click "terminate", and then "create" it changes the username sc_user2

 

But I need it to keep it as it was originally sc_user1. Is there something that is causing it to change usernames?

How can I have it to keep the original username?

Hi,

If you wish to manually specify a username for the WHMSonic module, create a custom product field called "cpanel username".

Into this field you can enter the client's cPanel username, and that will be used as their WHMSonic username as well.
