We add names of VMs in our customer's products/services area, but if we search for that name, WHMCS doesnt pull anything. How can I ensure this field or any others for that matter are searchable? Posted April 15, 2016 Share Posted April 15, 2016 can you use the following... in the Admin Area, go to Clients -> Products/Services -> VPS/Servers (or one of the other options if applicable) click on the "Search Filter" tab and that should allow you to select the custom field and the value you want to search for. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
