I am now getting this error when trying to transfer a .com.au domain to me within WHMCS... [601] Failed to create order: Period 601 according to TPP website is fields missing. I can't see any fields missing and after trying again same error. Help TPP is my domain wholesaler Ticket sent. TPP say no probs at their end. They manually put it through for me.. EZi Posted April 2, 2022 Share Posted April 2, 2022 We have the same issue. The "period" is most likely stemming from the additional field input which is not handled at all in addittionalfields.php. I merely says that .au = .com.au ,com.au is a fixed 2 years where as .au is variable.
