sitfrog Posted April 10, 2016 Share Posted April 10, 2016 Hello all, I have been using Authorize.NET with a Merchant account to handle monthly automatic billing for a few years. I am trying to transfer my handful of monthly hosting customers to use 2Checkout (which I have installed into WHMCS and is working). New customers can signup for services and the 2Checkout processor works and sets up subscriptions for recurring services, but I don't know what to do with my existing customers. If I just change their payment method to 2Checkout, I think it will just mark them as late when the billing cycle runs on their due date. Trying to make this as painless as possible for the existing cutomer base. I am think I will have to create a whole new list of orders and cancel the old orders.
