Spacing of content in Emails

Recommended Posts

The email that is sent out when crons are done is quite different than before after upgrade to latest version.

The spacing is huge and it is centred on page.

Pretty poor design IMO.

Can this be fixed?

Pls see attached

Pete you will also want to check out the HTML email settings for all mail generated by WHMCS as that's changed also (i.e. invoices, support tickets). There is a heap of CSS and closing table tags in the footer now. Not sure if it was a botched upgrade but I had to edit the header to include the opening table tags to get emails to display correctly.

Setup > General Settings > Mail

[Global Email CSS Styling] and [Client Email Footer Content] were modified on our upgrade/install.

There was no mention in the release notes that I could find to say that these values were modified or at least be checked post upgrade.

We are also some weird extra spacing being added to all textarea fields in the admin area. I haven't reported it to support yet but suspect someone may/has and it will fixed in a minor update. Little sloppy to have these things come through in a general release.

You may also want to edit your attachment as you have provide the location of your custom admin directory.
