How to get support for a leased WHMCS licence?

Problem:

- it's possible to get a leased WHMCS licence froma WHMCS reseller (i.e.: Resellerclub, which in his "reseller plan" includes a WHMCS licence)

- to get support for this licence, Resellerclub writes "raise a ticket on http://www.whmcs.com/resellersupport "

And it's right: also here: http://www.whmcs.com/resellers/

it's written:

Q: Who supports the end user?

A: We do! There’s no point having a great product for people to use if they can’t get the support they need to get it running in the first place so we provide full support to your resold customers just the same as if they had signed up directly with us. We also have an active community forum where they can obtain help from others.

But if I go to http://www.whmcs.com/resellersupport I need an account to raise a ticket... no way to register.

And so? :?:

are you sure? I just visited the above page in a different browser (not logged in), clicked on the "Ask Us" link and was presented with the reseller support contact form - so no need to login/register...
