[confirmed] Send Email Message fails with error

When viewing a client's profile, clicking on the Send Message Button on the Products/Services or Domains tabs with "New Message" selected, results in the error message:

 

"No Recipients

The criteria selected for this email has resulted in no recipients which means it cannot be sent"

Hi SteveV - We have confirmed this issue and have created CORE-9905 to track this issue down and get it resolved.
