How to align Email Body to center and customize the Body without selecting each in Email Template?

So i have setup CSS, Footer & Header of my EMAIL by going to Setup > Mail,

But as you can see the Body of the email is still align to the left,

I want to make it center and customize the Body as well,

I tried all i can, is there any way to do it without going thru each and every Template?

if it helps to resolve your issue, you could take a look at the code used in the styling below...

if you can get the code correct in the header, then you won't need to edit every template.
