Hi,

 

We have one of our user got denied when paying using his credit card. And after that every time user try to pay online it keep coming out with "There was an error processing your payment. Please contact support." We are using Eway as the payment gateway. It works fine for other customer. We already disabled the token in eway for that customer but it still come out with same error. Tried to create new invoice and same thing happen. Is there anyone know how to get around this error without deleting the customer? Thank you.
