Delay 'invoice creation' message

I would like to delay the 'invoice creation' message being send. Could someone develop a special hook for this?

how delayed, do you need to prevent it from being sent automatically?

Well, I would like to generate invoices in advance so I can write off money from customers bank account by the first of the month. Basically I need to generate my invoices 7 days earlier. I think it should be easy to delay the invoice creation mail from being send, instead of creating a real state of the art module for this function.

I assume these invoices are automatically generated, e.g renewals ?

 

if you're creating some invoices manually and wanting to delay sending the email, you could probably use the new Draft invoice feature for this.
