NeilCOMP Posted March 14, 2016 Share Posted March 14, 2016 Hello, I am trying to create a promo code for a single eBay item, the item sells for $10 on eBay, they pay then use the promo code on my site to get the $10 discount that they already payed making it free. However the $10 code isn't working. Getting the following message. Posted March 15, 2016 Share Posted March 15, 2016 looking at the screenshots, it looks as though the product you added to the cart is using a monthly billing cycle, but the promotion code is for a product using a one-time cycle - so they don't match and hence you get the error message. either setting the product to a one-time fee, or changing the promo code to include monthly billing cycles should fix this. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
