how to add upload file field to order form ?

i want add a upload file field to order form in whmcs

and, display in control panel for the admin's.

 

like attach file in the "submit ticket"

 

How To ?

not possible, at least without customized solution (multiple ActionHooks etc).

 

you could open new ticket upon order completion so client will be able to upload what ever you need there.

that's why the hooks are needed!

 

you can't just add additional fields to the form because WHMCS doesn't know what to do with them - e.g it needs to upload the attached file to the server, it needs to add a link in the database to it etc etc..

 

I think sentq's suggestion was a good one about opening a ticket after order completion - that would be the easiest way to do this... the alternative would be to post in Marketplace and pay someone to code this for you.

Yes.

I knew this solution ( auto submit a ticket for every order )

now, I was forced use the this solution.

 

for this case, i used of Auto Release Module.

but, I do not know what language variables are. for the translate phrases
