Normally Search is my friend: Sadly I found only 1 thread and that was from 2010 and a number of versions old: https://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?31518-System-sends-separate-invoices-for-domain-and-hosting

 

To that end -

 

We have customers which have multiple products - some 8 or 9.

Every month they get 8 or 9 invoices instead of just one.

 

How can we have the system generate just one invoice vs. multiple?

Each product / invoice is generated at the same time with the same due date ...

 

any thoughts?

Hi,

Please check the following points:

 

  • The Payment Gateway setting for all the client's services are the same.
  • The "Separate Invoices" option is UNticked under the client's Profile
  • The "Separate Invoices" option is UNticked in Serup > Client Groups (if applicable)
  • The invoices were all generated at the same time by a single run of cron.php
