Slip
Look into Google Analytics or Piwik
layeronline
Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools. Together they give you the analytical data in the eyes of the search engine.
yggdrasil
I would say Piwik because it would analyze your server logs (which something like Analytics can't do). The data would be far more precise and consistent by reading the servers logs than using a JavaScript tracker like Analytics which only works for visitors (and only those with JavaScript enabled). Since Piwik also supports that method + local logs, that would be even more precise, plus you are not sending all that precious data to Google for free which they then sell to advertisers. Not to mention this would be faster since it runs locally as opposed to a remote server which can be prompt to failures out of your control.
