Vox
Hi, Anyone having an issue where an order is created and paid for but when the Module Create on Payment is run it creates the account in cPanel but still leaves the account as Pending in WHMCS? I submitted a reply to a bug report (http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?110879-user-is-not-activated-after-order-is-accepted-or-created-on-server) but this seems to have been answered (somewhere...) but I'm still at a loss. Running Version: 6.2.2 with Application Linking enabled
zomex
Hello, This is the normal functionality of WHMCS, I believe it's done this way so you can keep track of new orders and manually approve them. When a cPanel account is created automatically appoving the order doesn't do anything other than remove it from pending orders. I personally like this as I like to review every order manually.
Vox
Hi Zomex, Thanks for the reply but...... When a cPanel account is created automatically appoving the order doesn't do anything other than remove it from pending orders. zomex
I'm afraid that even with this setting it'll still show the order as pending. Some people have requested in the past that there be a option to have orders automatically accepted. I believe there is also a WHMCS module available for it. Thanks.
Vox
Hi Zomex, Thanks for that. Yes, the ORDER will still show as "pending" but the ACCOUNT should show as being "active". Perhaps the title of the thread is not as accurate as the actual description in the first post: "Anyone having an issue where an order is created and paid for but when the Module Create on Payment is run it creates the account in cPanel but still leaves the account as Pending in WHMCS?" If you have a look at the Bug Report I referenced (http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?110879-user-is-not-activated-after-order-is-accepted-or-created-on-server) there are more details there. Nate seems to state that he replied to my post saying that the problem could not be re-created but he did not, and as the thread has now been closed I just wondered if anyone else had encountered a similar problem.
Vox
Hi Zomex, Thanks for that, I agree, and I guess the title of the thread does not clearly explain the issue - but the first sentence of the original post does.... "Anyone having an issue where an order is created and paid for but when the Module Create on Payment is run it creates the account in cPanel but still leaves the account as Pending in WHMCS?" Reading the actual post and visiting the link I posted (https://forums.whmcs.com/showthread.php?110879-user-is-not-activated-after-order-is-accepted-or-created-on-server) gives a more accurate description. The question I have is that Nate said he had replied to my query before closing the thread and I cannot see where he had. Or have I missed something? Have you encountered this? Or does your installation under 6.2.2 with Application Linking enabled work fine? i would just like to know how to proceed.
