Are you using the latest version of iWHMCS?

I'd also recommend double checking your API key and login details.

Yes, we are using the latest version of iWHMCS.

I am sure the API key, and login details are correct, as we are able to login without issue. We are also able to access and respond to tickets without issue.

The issue is with accessing product details, when attempting to load a clients product, we are getting an error stating ID can't be found.

See attached image.

Try adding the WHMCS demo account to the app and see if you can duplicate the results there:

http://www.whmcs.com/demo/

I'm unable to duplicate it there or on my own installation.

Having spoken with WHMCS via ticket, they have replied:

Hi Luke,

I have been able to determine this is a defect in the ios app. I have created a case to address this issue, the case ID is IOS-121. While I don’t have an ETA for the resolution of the case, I do recommend keeping an eye on our change logs at http://changelog.whmcs.com.
