MJHost Posted February 7, 2016 Share Posted February 7, 2016 I have the iWHMCS addon, and it is set up correctly, I can see client details, and package info, but when I click on the package to view further details, I get an error stating ID not found. Are you using the latest version of iWHMCS? I'd also recommend double checking your API key and login details. Yes, we are using the latest version of iWHMCS. I am sure the API key, and login details are correct, as we are able to login without issue. We are also able to access and respond to tickets without issue. The issue is with accessing product details, when attempting to load a clients product, we are getting an error stating ID can't be found. Having spoken with WHMCS via ticket, they have replied: Hi Luke, I have been able to determine this is a defect in the ios app. I have created a case to address this issue, the case ID is IOS-121.
