SolaDrive Posted February 6, 2016 Share Posted February 6, 2016 (edited) We have noticed we get the full email from clients when they respond to a ticket sent to them from their email, such as gmail. It seems WHMCS doesn't see a line break anywhere and just includes the entire email in their response instead of just their response. Example: i.gyazo.com/8a12a28383f7caedfa3ed0be2daab24d.png I cant be the only person having this problem with email clients like gmail, is there a piece of code that makes a line break that gmail recognizes?
