Using WHMCS version 6.21..

 

New configuration files for the Apache web server were not created due to the errors in configuration templates: Template processing failed: file = /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/templates/default/domainWebmail.php, error = Template_Exception: Empty content was provided for config file /etc/httpd/conf/plesk.conf.d/webmails/roundcube/edmontonwhips780.com_webmail.conf file: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Template/Writer/Webserver/Abstract.php line: 47 code: 0

 

The site does get created on the plesk server .. what does this mean and how do i fix it?

Hi,

This sounds like a server-related error, so I'd suggest referring to your hosting providers/server admin to investigate.
