we after upgrade to 6.2 problem it not can solved

please help me for solved problem

its problem a new user regester and order new server error

in the admin area... setup -> fraud protection

 

btw - the web20cart order-form template is not included with v6.2 and so may not be compatible with the release... you could try changing to standard_cart and seeing if that fixes the issue.
